A westerly wave prevailing over upper and central parts of Pakistan is expected to bring rains and gusty winds with isolated hailstorms to several districts, including Rawalpindi, on Wednesday night and Thursday. The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecasted these weather conditions, which will also affect areas such as Murree, Galliyat, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum.

The weather conditions in Lahore are expected to be hot, with a maximum temperature ranging between 39-41°C on Thursday and Friday, and 40-42°C on Saturday. However, the city can expect rain on Friday, while Islamabad is predicted to experience rain with hail today. A cloud system is likely to enter Lahore and parts of Punjab on April 10-11, bringing a chance of light rain.

Other areas in the country are experiencing varying weather conditions, with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa seeing cooler conditions with rain and hail. Balochistan is expected to remain dry with hot conditions in southern districts, but certain areas can expect rain with strong winds and thunderstorms. The recent heavy rain with thunderstorms brought relief and cooler weather to Islamabad and surrounding areas, with Haripur experiencing particularly heavy downpour.

The PDMA has forecasted continued rainfall in most Punjab districts until April 11, with temperatures expected to rise by 4-7 degrees Celsius above normal. Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest weather forecasts to plan their daily activities accordingly.
