Pakistan batters Sahibzada Farhan and Hasan Nawaz have achieved significant gains in the latest ICC T20I rankings, with Farhan jumping 69 places to 97th position and Nawaz rising 14 spots to joint 54th place.
Farhan's remarkable rise has made him the first Pakistani batter to enter the top 100 T20I batters, with 389 rating points. Hasan Nawaz's climb to 54th place with 500 points is also a notable achievement. Other Pakistani batters, including Salman Ali Agha and Saim Ayub, have also improved their rankings, while prominent players like Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have dropped in the rankings.
On the bowling front, Pakistani players have struggled to make an impact, with no player featuring in the top 20. Abbas Afridi and Haris Rauf have slipped two places each, now ranked 24th and 26th, respectively. Shaheen Shah Afridi has gained one spot to reach 35th, while spinner Abrar Ahmed and vice-captain Shadab Khan have also dropped in the rankings.
The latest ICC T20I rankings have seen significant changes, with India's Abhishek Sharma overtaking Australia's Travis Head to clinch the top position in the batting rankings. New Zealand's Jacob Duffy remains at the top of the T20 bowling rankings, followed by England's Adil Rashid in second and India's Varun Chakravarthy in third.
