President Asif Ali Zardari has announced a 180-day remission in sentences for certain prisoners on the occasion of Pakistan Day and Eidul Fitr, exercising his powers under Article 45 of the Constitution, providing relief to eligible inmates who have completed a significant portion of their sentence.
