The Punjab School Education Department has announced that schools in the province will remain open on May 28 to mark Youm-e-Takbeer, a national holiday, with activities and competitions to commemorate the day with a positive social message for peace and courage.

The top winners in each category will receive a cash prize of Rs50,000.
