Senator Usman Celebrates Eid-el-Kabir with Kaduna Residents

Kaduna residents gathered in large numbers at mosques across the state to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, with Senator Lawal Usman extending felicitations to Muslim faithful and highlighting his achievements in the district.
The celebration was marked by a massive turnout in all 23 local government areas, with worshippers expressing joy and gratitude despite some economic challenges. Security was tight, with operatives stationed at strategic worship centers, but the atmosphere remained peaceful. Many residents, including beggars, reported increased generosity from the public, with some earning significant amounts of money through alms.
Senator Usman, representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, has pledged to continue implementing beneficial programmes and projects for his constituents. He highlighted his achievements, including the construction of 100 smart primary school buildings, provision of scholarships, empowerment of youths and women, and provision of electricity transformers, boreholes, and solar lights. Usman also disclosed that he had sponsored four crucial motions and four bills, and continued to sponsor people to perform the lesser Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
Senator Usman emphasized the importance of prayers for Nigeria's leaders, citing the nation's current challenges as requiring divine guidance and collective sacrifice. He urged constituents to continue supporting his efforts to bring socio-economic and infrastructural development to the district. He also called on Muslims to reflect on the essence of Eid-el-Kabir, urging citizens to embody virtues such as kindness, honesty, forgiveness, and tolerance in their daily interactions.
