The KJBA's message of compassion, justice, and unity resonates with the people of Kashmir as they celebrate Shab-e-Qadr, with the legal community playing a vital role in upholding these values and promoting the betterment of society, while the local authorities ensure smooth conduct of festivals and emphasize the importance of sanitation and basic services.

The Kashmir Jurists Bar Association (KJBA) has extended its greetings to the people of Kashmir on the occasion of Shab-e-Qadr, a holy night considered a time of peak divine mercy and blessings, encouraging people to engage in prayers and self-reflection.
The KJBA views Shab-e-Qadr as an opportunity for spiritual growth, strengthening one's faith, and seeking forgiveness. The association emphasized the importance of values such as compassion, justice, and unity, which are core tenets of Islam, and urged individuals to reflect on these principles. The legal community has a pivotal role in upholding justice and fairness, and the KJBA called for continued collective efforts towards the betterment of society.
In preparation for Shab-e-Qadr, Jumat-ul-Vida, and Eid-ul-Fitr, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, conducted a visit to various mosques and shrines in Ganderbal to review arrangements. He inspected several sites, including Qamar-ud-Din Bukhari Shrine, Eidgah Duderhama, and Jama Masjid Beehama, meeting with management committees to ensure smooth conduct of festivals. The DC emphasized the importance of sanitation, directing the Municipal Council to launch cleanliness drives, and instructed Jal Shakti and PDD to ensure uninterrupted water and electricity supply.
As the people of Kashmir come together to celebrate Shab-e-Qadr, the KJBA and local authorities have reiterated their commitment to promoting peace, harmony, and unity. With the holy night being a time for self-reflection and spiritual growth, the community is encouraged to engage in prayers, seek forgiveness, and pray for peace and blessings for themselves and their loved ones.
