Prime Minister Laptop Scheme Empowers Youth
The scheme's focus on merit and transparency, combined with the quota system, ensures that students from all regions, including Balochistan, have equal opportunities to benefit from this initiative, promoting digital inclusion and education.

The Prime Minister's Youth Laptop Scheme Phase-IV is nearing its application deadline, aiming to distribute laptops to 100,000 students from recognized public sector institutions, promoting digital empowerment and education through merit and transparency.
Eligible students can apply for the scheme, which has a quota system in place for students from Balochistan and those pursuing distance learning. The government has extended the deadline for applications to June 1, 2025, providing more time for students to register through the Prime Minister's Digital Youth Hub mobile application or the PM Youth Programme website.
The scheme promotes smart education and digital empowerment among youth, with specific academic requirements such as a CGPA of 2.80 or 60% marks. After submitting applications, a 15-day window will be provided to raise objections or grievances, followed by the release of the final merit list, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.
The Prime Minister's Youth Laptop Scheme is a significant initiative to enhance academic and research capabilities of students, and with the extended deadline, more students can now apply and benefit from this opportunity, contributing to the country's digital growth and empowerment.
