Bengaluru Burning: Jilted Lover Sets Cars Ablaze
The Bengaluru police are on the lookout for Rahul, who has a history of violent behavior and has been involved in several criminal cases in the past. The incident highlights the need for increased vigilance and protection for victims of stalking and harassment, as well as the importance of addressing the root causes of such behavior.

A 30-year-old cab driver, Rahul, set fire to three cars and a motorbike in Bengaluru after his girlfriend broke up with him, targeting the family members of his former partner, including her parents and brother.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, with Rahul and his associates targeting the girl's family members. Rahul, a known criminal with 18 cases against him, had a history of violent behavior and was previously shot by police in 2022. The police have launched a hunt for Rahul and his associates, and separate complaints have been lodged by the girl's brother and the owner of the third car.
Rahul, a habitual offender, arrived at his ex-girlfriend's father's house with an accomplice, shouted at the man, and set fire to his son's bike. He then torched his ex-girlfriend's mother's car in another apartment complex, damaging a nearby vehicle. A security guard tried to stop him, but Rahul assaulted him before fleeing the scene.
The police have registered three separate cases against Rahul and are searching for him. The incident has raised concerns about the safety and security of citizens in Bengaluru, particularly in cases of stalking and harassment. The authorities are working to apprehend Rahul and bring him to justice for his crimes.
