BISE Announces SSC Results with Female Students Excelling
The SSC results showcase the academic excellence of students in the region, with female students dominating the top positions in both science and arts groups. The boards' efforts to promote education and recognize outstanding performances will continue to encourage students to strive for academic achievement.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abbottabad announced the results of the annual matriculation examinations, with female students topping both science and arts groups, and the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education also announced the top positions in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examination 2025.
Ariba Nazir of Government Girls Higher Secondary School secured first position in the arts group with 1069 marks, while Sidra Saeedur Rehman of Jinnah Jamia Public School topped the science group with 1161 marks. Out of 150,088 students, 101,312 passed, with a success rate of 80% for 10th grade and 60% for 9th grade. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore also announced the position holders of the Secondary School Annual Examination 2025, with Haram Fatima securing the overall first position with 1193 marks.
In the Rawalpindi Board, Muhammad Usman from Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, Murree, secured the overall first position with 1188 marks in the Science group (boys), while Bisma Ali from Punjab Secondary School for Girls, Talagang, secured the first position with 1177 marks in the Science group (girls). Asima Eman from Government Girls High School Chur Chowk Peshawar Road Rawalpindi secured the first position with 1125 marks in the General Group (Girls).
The results demonstrate the exceptional performance of female students in the SSC examinations, and the boards have announced plans to honor the position holders with cash prizes and ceremonies. The Rawalpindi Board will formally announce the results on Thursday at 10:00 am in a function held at Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) Rawalpindi.
