Matric Result Schedule Announced as Result
The results will be available through various methods, including official websites, printed gazettes, and SMS service, allowing students to easily access their scores, with the top position holders already revealed, and the minister emphasizing the importance of education in the country's progress.

Punjab's Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education have announced the result schedule for the 2025 annual exams for classes 9 and 10, with the matriculation results to be declared on July 24, 2025, and the 9th class results on August 20, 2025, sparking criticism over the nearly month-long gap between the two.
The evaluation and result compilation processes have been completed, according to board officials, but the delay has raised questions about administrative inefficiencies in the province's examination system. Over 500,000 students appeared in the matric exams held in March, and the results will be available on the official websites of all 10 BISEs in Punjab, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and others.
Girls topped the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams conducted by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), with a pass percentage of 88pc in class 10th and 62pc in class 9th. Meryum Nadeem from Army Public School and College secured the first position in the science group with 1,093 marks, while Sana Bibi of Shining Star Public School topped the humanities group with 1,045 marks.
Education Minister Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui congratulated the position holders, terming them assets of the country, and noted that girls were getting the majority of top positions in almost all results of boards and universities, and Pakistan could bring progress by investing in the education sector.
