The price hike of Suzuki Cultus and Swift models may impact the Pakistani automobile market, with buyers considering the increased prices and additional features. The new prices and features may influence the sales of these models, which are known for their style and practicality.

Updated :

The price of Suzuki Cultus in Pakistan has been increased by up to Rs372,000, with the cheapest version now priced at Rs4.23 million and the top-of-line variant costing over Rs4.6 million, following the addition of several new safety features across all variants.

The new price revision includes the addition of rear center seatbelts, rear head restraints, and pre-tensioners and force limiters for front seatbelts across all variants. The VXR variant now offers dual front airbags, ABS, and 60:40 split-folding rear seats. This price hike is the second in recent times, following a Rs120,000 increase in the price of Suzuki Alto, and may influence buyer decisions due to the multiple price increases in the past year.

The Suzuki Swift's price in Pakistan has also increased, with the GL MT variant now priced at Rs4,416,000 after a Rs80,000 hike. The new prices for Suzuki Swift models are as follows: GL MT (Rs4,416,000), GL CVT (Rs4,560,000), and GLX CVT (Rs4,719,000). The price hike may affect the buying decision of customers, especially considering the rising production costs and new feature additions.

The Suzuki Cultus and Swift models offer a balance of style and practicality, with features such as six airbags, Hill Assist System, and ABS, but face stiff competition in their segment. Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has increased the prices of its Suzuki Cultus models, effective from April 26, 2025, with the new prices being VXR (Rs. 4,230,000), VXL (Rs. 4,316,000), and AGS (Rs. 4,618,000).
