UAE Visa for Pakistani: 5-Year Multiple Entry Permit
The five-year multiple-entry visa permit allows Pakistanis to travel to the UAE without a guarantor or host, with requirements including return tickets, hotel reservations, and a deposit of AED 3,000, addressing concerns over fake documents and social media misuse.

Pakistanis can now apply for a five-year multiple-entry visa to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announced UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Al Zaabi during a meeting with Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, resolving existing issues that had led to increased scrutiny and visa rejections.
The five-year visa policy requires applicants to submit return tickets, hotel reservations, proof of property ownership, and a deposit of AED 3,000. This move follows confirmation from UAE authorities that no visa ban exists for Pakistani nationals, addressing concerns over fake documents, visa overstays, and social media misuse.
The Pakistan Embassy in Abu Dhabi had addressed these issues with UAE authorities, paving the way for the resolution. The development comes amid reports of increased scrutiny and visa rejections for Pakistanis willing to visit Dubai and other parts of the UAE, which authorities on both sides had rejected, stating there was no ban on UAE visas for Pakistanis.
The visa allows for multiple entries without the need for a guarantor or host in the UAE. The resolution comes after the UAE authorities had increased scrutiny of Pakistani travellers due to alleged involvement in crime and unlawful activities, such as begging. In December, a Senate panel was informed that all Pakistani travellers to the UAE needed to be vetted and verified by the police.
The announcement is expected to facilitate travel and people-to-people ties between the two countries, and the UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, has confirmed that Pakistanis can now avail a five-year visa to travel to the UAE after the resolution of existing issues.
