Jetour Dashing SUVs Launch in Pakistan

The Jetour Dashing and X70 Plus will be available in Pakistan on February 20, 2025, with features such as LED headlights, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and advanced safety features, making them a competitive option in the local market, and their fuel economy and pricing will be crucial in determining their success.

United Motors has announced the launch of Jetour SUVs in Pakistan on February 20, 2025, introducing two models, the Jetour Dashing and the X70 Plus, both of which will be locally assembled as completely knocked-down units, featuring advanced safety features and robust designs.

The Jetour Dashing is a five-seater with a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 115 kW and 230 Nm of torque, while the X70 Plus is a seven-seater with a 1.5-liter turbo petrol engine producing 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque. Both vehicles feature up to six airbags, electronic stability control, and a 360-degree parking assist system, prioritizing safety and comfort.

The X70 Plus also includes a 25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic glass sunroof, and electric seat adjustment options, making it a competitive option in the local market. Jetour joins the growing number of Chinese automakers entering the Pakistani market, following the introduction of electric vehicle brands such as BYD and Deepal.

The Jetour Dashing has a modern design, featuring a multi-level slatted grille, automatic LED headlights, and a panoramic sunroof, while the Jetour X70 Plus has a robust design, featuring a large chrome grill, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a panoramic sunroof. Both SUVs offer a fuel economy of approximately 12.8 km/liter, making them a viable option for Pakistani consumers.

With the launch of Jetour SUVs, Pakistani consumers will have more options to choose from in the local market, and the company's focus on safety and comfort is expected to attract a significant number of buyers. The pricing of the vehicles will be a key factor in determining their success in the market.
