Atlas Honda has introduced two new vehicles in the Pakistani market, the CG150 bike and the Icon e electric scooter, generating significant interest among consumers. The CG150 bike, priced at Rs459,900, boasts a powerful engine and classic design, positioning itself as a worthy successor to the legendary CG125.

The CG150 motorcycle features a 150cc engine, all-forward gear transmission system, combi brake system, LED lights, and a gear setup designed for easier use. Its traditional look, complete with a round LED headlight, chrome fenders, and a flat seat, takes cues from the CG 125. Atlas Honda aims to attract buyers seeking a simple and reliable motorcycle with updated functions. The bike's front disc brake combined with CBS makes it a safer option than its competitors.

The launch of the CG150 coincides with the government's upcoming electric vehicle policy, which aims to introduce subsidies for electric bikes and rickshaws and roll out 116,000 EVs in two years. Atlas Honda's foray into the electric mobility segment with the Icon e electric scooter, priced at Rs419,900, marks a bold move in the Pakistani market. The company's expansion into the 150cc category after several years is expected to generate buzz among motorcycle enthusiasts.

As the Pakistani market continues to evolve, the introduction of the CG150 and Icon e electric scooter is poised to make a significant impact. With its modern design, LED lights, and better brakes, the CG150 is likely to appeal to buyers seeking a reliable and feature-rich motorcycle. However, its high price point may deter some buyers, who may opt for more affordable alternatives like the Suzuki GS150.
