Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day Surpasses Rs 120 Crore
With its total collection now standing at Rs 119.24 crore, 'Saiyaara' continues to steady at the box office, proving to be a commercial success and a testament to the power of innovative marketing and storytelling in Indian cinema.

The Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer 'Saiyaara' has become a surprise hit, exceeding expectations with a total collection of Rs 119.24 crore, making it one of the highest-grossing films for newcomers in Indian cinema history.
Directed by Mohit Suri, 'Saiyaara' recorded the highest opening day for newcomers, earning ₹83 crore in its first weekend, a record for a love story. The film's success can be attributed to its unconventional marketing strategy, which kept the lead actors away from public exposure, resulting in widespread sold-out performances across major markets.
Despite a Monday drop, the film still made ₹24 crore, and by Tuesday afternoon, the total collection reached ₹113 crore. The film has proven to be a sleeper hit, with the directorial making the lead actors into stars overnight. Yash Raj Films' "Saiyaara" has broken Indian box office records with a strong debut opening, grossing INR25 crore ($2.9 million) and attracting 9,75,000 footfalls nationwide.
The film's achievement marks the most significant ticket sales for a debut film since 2000's "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai" and "Refugee", solidifying its place in Indian cinema history as one of the most successful debutant-led projects.
