The Country Range Group's annual trade exhibition and conference, held at Belfast's ICC and Titanic Museum, drew over 500 delegates and 100 suppliers, featuring £4.3 million in orders and over 1,000 products on display.

The event, which has been running for over 25 years, focused on the foodservice industry and included live demonstrations, samples, and a showcase of the Country Range stand's own-brand products. The Signature by Country Range competition was also a highlight of the exhibition, with exhibitors competing to showcase their culinary skills.

The conference portion of the event included a business update from Chief Executive Martin Ward, who discussed the Group's growth, technology investment, brand development, and sponsorship opportunities. A market update, panel discussions, and a charity raffle were also part of the conference, with the gala dinner and evening entertainment raising over £7,000 for charity.

The success of the exhibition and conference is a testament to the strength of the foodservice industry and the importance of events like these in bringing together suppliers, delegates, and industry leaders. The Country Range Group's commitment to innovation, quality, and charity is evident in the event's proceedings, and it will be exciting to see what next year's exhibition holds.
