Nothing has unveiled its first flagship smartphone, the Phone 3, priced at $799, featuring a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, 4,500 nits of peak brightness, and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, making it a strong competitor in the market.
The device boasts four 50MP cameras, including a secondary micro-LED display called the Glyph Matrix, which can display app alerts, contact notifications, and real-time progress indicators without waking the primary display. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 system-on-a-chip, has up to 16GB of RAM, and a 5,150mAh battery that supports 65W wired and 15W wireless charging.
The Phone 3 runs on Android 15 and comes with a five-year platform update and seven-year security patch commitment. The phone's design features a bold redesign with the Glyph Matrix, a 489-LED monochrome display on the back, and a trio of 50MP cameras. The phone has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 12/16GB RAM, and 256/512GB storage, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
The Nothing Phone 3 will be available for pre-order on July 4 and globally on July 15, with a starting price of $799 in the US, marking a significant move for Nothing as it enters the flagship market and US market in two years, competing with top brands like iPhone and Galaxy series.
