Samsung Galaxy A26 Leads New Launches
The new Galaxy A series smartphones will feature premium designs, large OLED screens, and improved cameras, with a focus on durability and security. With six years of OS updates and competitive pricing, Samsung is poised to maintain its position in the Indian market.

Samsung is set to launch three new Galaxy A series smartphones in India next week, featuring improved design, durability, and security with six years of OS updates, including the Galaxy A26, A36, and A56.
The devices will be powered by different processors, with the A56 featuring the Exynos 1580, the A36 featuring the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, and the A26 featuring the Exynos 1380. They will also have 50MP main cameras and fast charging capabilities, with expected prices similar to their predecessors.
The Galaxy A56 and A36 are rumored to share a 6.7-inch screen size and 1080x2340 resolution, with in-display fingerprint sensors on the A56 and A36, and a power button sensor on the A26. RAM options include 8GB for the A56 and 6/8GB for the A36 and A26. Camera specifications include a 50 MP main camera with OIS, 12 MP/8 MP ultrawide camera, and 5 MP/2 MP macro camera.
Samsung will provide six years of OS updates, starting with Android 15 out of the box, and the devices are expected to run Android 15 with One UI 7. The expected price range is ₹35,000-₹40,000 for the A56 and ₹28,000-₹32,000 for the A36, with a launch expected in March 2024.
With the launch of the Galaxy A26, A36, and A56, Samsung aims to continue its successful A series in India, offering premium features at competitive prices. The devices are expected to be unveiled at Samsung's Galaxy A launch event on March 2.
