Ronnie Adams, a 64-year-old resident of Newton Grove, North Carolina, passed away on June 9, 2025, at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield, North Carolina, leaving behind his wife Sally Strickland Adams and their son William Ronnie Adams II. He was the owner of Adams Cleaning Service and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Ronnie was born on September 15, 1960, to William Harris Adams and Lessie McCleod Adams.

Funeral services for Ronnie Adams will be held on June 14, 2025, at McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, North Carolina, followed by burial at Hayes Chapel Christian Church Cemetery in Garner, North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ronnie's passing has been met with sadness from his community, where he was known for his dedication to his family and his business.

In other news, Donald W. Ray, an 83-year-old man, passed away on June 11, 2025, after a life that began on November 18, 1941. Additionally, Delaine W. Crippen, an 84-year-old North Liberty resident, passed away on May 27, 2025, at her home, just a week after her husband William "Bill" Crippen's passing on May 20. A Celebration of Life will be held for Delaine and Bill on Labor Day Weekend 2025.
