The Bangladesh Cricket Board is set to announce the official schedule for the three-match T20I series against the Pakistan national cricket team, which is likely to begin on July 20 in Dhaka. The series was finalized after discussions between PCB and BCB officials, and the matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
The upcoming series is not part of the ICC's Future Tours Programme, but was arranged after high-level discussions between the two cricket boards. This bilateral series follows Bangladesh's recent tour of Pakistan, where they were swept 3-0 in a T20I series. The Pakistan national cricket team will look to continue their winning streak against Bangladesh in the upcoming series.
After the Bangladesh tour, Pakistan is scheduled to travel to the West Indies for another white-ball series. There is a possibility of replacing the ODI leg with more T20Is to prepare for the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup. The series against the West Indies will include a three-match T20I series scheduled to begin on July 31 in the United States.
