Akshay Kumar's Housefull 5 has secured the 9th position in his top 10 highest-grossing films, surpassing Rowdy Rathore with a total collection of ₹133.32 crore in India, driven by its strong opening weekend and steady weekday collections.

The film's ensemble cast and slapstick humor have contributed to its widespread appeal, allowing it to stay steady despite mixed reviews. Housefull 5 is the second installment in the franchise to enter Akshay Kumar's top 10 list, demonstrating the series' consistent box office performance.

In its first week, Housefull 5 collected Rs. 133 crores at the box office, opening well and growing over the weekend before maintaining stable numbers on Monday. Although daily drops were expected, the seventh-day collection of Rs. 7 crores is still considered decent, with expectations of collecting more than Rs. 7 crores on the second Friday and returning to double digits in subsequent days.

The ultimate goal for Housefull 5 is to become Akshay Kumar's biggest grosser, surpassing the lifetime collection of Housefull 4, which stands at Rs. 208.50 crores. With a projected second-week collection of around Rs. 40-45 crores, the film is on track to achieve a stronger lifetime collection, solidifying its position in Akshay Kumar's top 10 highest-grossing films.
