India launched airstrikes on three locations in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir, targeting militant camps and killing approximately 100 terrorists, according to Indian armed forces. The strikes were in response to a terrorist attack in Kashmir last month that killed 40 Indian paramilitary police, which India blames on Pakistan.

The Pakistan military confirmed that three locations were hit, describing the attack as "cowardly." Eight civilians were reported dead and 35 injured in Pakistan, while Indian army sources claim three Indian civilians were killed in military action by Pakistani troops in Indian-administered Kashmir. The conflict has led to a significant deterioration in relations between the two countries, with both sides announcing retaliatory measures, including closing borders and suspending a river water treaty.

Global leaders, including the US, EU, and Iran, have urged restraint and called for a diplomatic solution to the crisis. Iran has offered to mediate between India and Pakistan. Indian armed forces announced that they had downed an unspecified number of Pakistani jets during the recent conflict, but the number of destroyed jets is still being assessed. Officials stated that the truth about the losses of both sides will eventually be revealed.

Indian forces targeted terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, killing 30-40 Pakistani personnel. The officials denied reports of losses of Indian assets, including French Rafale fighter jets, and confirmed that all Indian pilots are safe. They also showed before-and-after photographs of the 21 terror hubs hit across nine locations in Pakistan and PoK, and stated that India never targeted civilians.

The Indian forces reaffirmed that they achieved all objectives and will respond decisively to any further Pakistani aggression. The situation remains tense, with both sides on high alert, and the international community continues to call for restraint and a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
