The film had a decent opening with Rs. 9.5 crore on Day 1 and collected around Rs. 61.75 crore in its first week. It made around Rs. 4 crore on Good Friday and Rs. 3.75 crore on the second Saturday, with a total of Rs. 74.55 crore. The film has beaten the lifetime collection of 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha', which stood at Rs. 76.65 crore for over 20 years.
