Pakistan Hosts Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier

The qualifiers will provide a platform for the teams to showcase their skills and compete for a spot in the prestigious tournament, with the top two teams earning a place in the main event, the teams will have to play aggressive cricket to get the spot.

The pakistan women's national cricket team will be in action as six teams compete for two spots in the ICC Women's ODI World Cup 2025 in India, with the top two teams qualifying for the main event.

The ICC Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier will feature 15 matches from April 9-19, with day and day-night matches at the Gaddafi Stadium and Lahore City Cricket Association grounds. The teams competing include hosts Pakistan, West Indies, Bangladesh, Ireland, Scotland, and Thailand. The tournament schedule includes a day-night match featuring Pakistan vs West Indies on April 14.

Scotland and Ireland will face each other in the final round-robin match on April 18, while the hosts Pakistan will take on Ireland in their first match. The visiting teams will arrive in Lahore on April 3, with warm-up fixtures on April 5 and 7. The final games will be played on April 19, determining the top two teams that will advance to the main World Cup in India in October.

The pakistan women's national cricket team will be looking to utilize their home advantage to secure a spot in the main event, and the tournament is expected to be a thrilling competition with all teams vying for a chance to participate in the ICC Women's ODI World Cup 2025.
