Women's International Summit Boosts Entrepreneurship
The Women's International Summit on Entrepreneurship (WISE) & B2B Expo 2025 is set to drive innovation and sustainable growth, empowering women entrepreneurs to take their businesses to the next level, with a focus on emerging technologies, sustainability, and global partnerships, and recognizing the significant contributions of women-led businesses to India's economy.

The Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) is hosting the 'Women's International Summit on Entrepreneurship' (WISE) and B2B Expo 2025 on February 28-29, aiming to promote cross-sector collaborations, technological innovations, and sustainable business growth among women entrepreneurs.
The summit will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and women entrepreneurs, with Tummala Nageswar Rao, Telangana's Agriculture Minister, as the Chief Guest. The event will feature conference and B2B tracks, and will conclude with a valedictory session and Shakti Awards for successful women entrepreneurs. The summit is funded by the Ministry of MSME and aims to empower women entrepreneurs through networking, knowledge-sharing, and business collaborations.
Women-led businesses contribute significantly to India's economy, accounting for 13.5-15% of the country's GDP and providing jobs to 23% of the workforce. The summit will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops on emerging technologies, sustainability, and global partnerships. Industry experts will discuss electric mobility, sustainability, and government initiatives like ONDC and GEM, providing valuable insights and opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
The event will be inaugurated by Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma and will include a B2B Expo, providing a platform for women entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. The Shakti Awards will recognize 108 outstanding women entrepreneurs, celebrating their achievements and contributions to the economy.
