High Court of Sindh to Review Mustafa Amir Murder Case

The police are cross-checking Armaghan's statements with those of his servants and co-accused, and the authorities are working to determine the cause of death by exhuming the body, as the investigation unfolds, more details are expected to emerge, shedding light on the events surrounding Mustafa Amir's tragic death.

Armughan Qureshi, the key accused in the Mustafa Amir kidnapping and murder case, has confessed to his involvement in the crime, revealing shocking details of the events leading to Amir's death, including severely injuring him and setting his car ablaze while he was still alive.

According to police investigators, Armughan's confessional statement will be recorded on video, providing crucial evidence in the case. The Sindh Home Minister, Ziaul Hasan Lanjar, has announced that the provincial government will approach the High Court of Sindh against alleged irregularities in the investigation. The case has sparked widespread outrage, with many calling for justice for the 23-year-old victim who was kidnapped and killed by his friends in Karachi's Defence Housing Authority.

The police investigation is ongoing, with the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) chief, SSP Anil Haider, stating that the weapon used by the perpetrators has yet to be recovered. The police have found rods and sticks at the location, but none have been confirmed as the murder weapon. The investigation has also led to the discovery of two fake ID cards in Armaghan's possession, and three girls have been named in connection with the case, although their involvement is yet to be confirmed.

As the investigation continues, the Sindh Home Minister has assured that the authorities are closely monitoring the case and will not tolerate any negligence. The High Court of Sindh's review of the case is expected to provide a significant development in the pursuit of justice for Mustafa Amir and his family.
