Cristiano Ronaldo has rejoined Al Nassr ahead of their European preseason tour, expressing his determination to secure silverware with the club under new head coach Jorge Jesus. The Portuguese star aims to reach 1,000 career goals before his contract expires in 2027 and is currently 77 goals shy of the milestone.

Al Nassr's preseason schedule includes a series of friendlies against TSV St. Johann, Toulouse, Sheffield United, and Almeria, designed to help Jorge Jesus shape his squad and get players in peak physical condition before their first official game on August 19. Ronaldo shared an upbeat message on social media, emphasizing the team's focus on the future as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Despite scoring 93 goals in 105 appearances, Ronaldo has yet to win a trophy with the Saudi Pro League club. However, he has extended his contract and will now work under Jesus, who has been brought in to reshape the squad. Ronaldo's rigorous training regime includes six monitored meals, cryotherapy, and biometric monitoring, demonstrating his commitment to achieving his goals.

Ronaldo's manager Stefano Pioli says he lives day by day prepared and is obsessed with playing and scoring. The Portuguese star has already achieved 460 goals in his thirties, surpassing his twenties' total of 440 goals. He aims to compete in the 2026 World Cup and play with his son Cristiano Jr. one day, highlighting his dedication to the sport.

As Al Nassr prepares for the upcoming season, they will face challenges from other top teams, including Al Hilal, who are reportedly interested in signing Alexander Isak, a breakout star from Newcastle. However, with Ronaldo's determination and expertise, Al Nassr is poised to make a strong push for the title in the Saudi Pro League.
