Realme Set to Launch IP69-Rated Smartphone in India

Realme is preparing to unveil its latest mid-range smartphone, the Realme 14X, in India on December 18, marking the country's first IP69-rated smartphone under Rs 15,000. The device boasts impressive features such as a Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, 120Hz display, and a 50MP camera.

The Realme 14X will be available in three color options: Golden Glow, Crystal Black, and Jewel Red, with multiple storage variants starting at Rs 11,999. The phone features a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen, 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and military-grade shock resistance. With IP69 certification, the device is built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, making it an attractive option for those seeking a durable and feature-packed phone.

The international version of the Realme 14X, already available in select markets, features a MediaTek 6300 chipset, 6.67-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and an 8MP front camera. The triple camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, and the phone supports 5W reverse wired charging. With 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the Realme 14X is powered by Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0.

Realme's latest offering is set to go on sale on the brand's online store and e-commerce platform Flipkart, catering to the growing demand for affordable yet feature-rich smartphones in the Indian market.
