Borana Weaves, Belrise Industries IPOs See Strong Response Today

The initial public offerings (IPOs) of Borana Weaves and Belrise Industries have garnered significant attention from investors, with both issues receiving strong subscriptions. Borana Weaves' IPO was subscribed 81.40 times, while Belrise Industries' IPO was subscribed 43.14 times, indicating a high demand for the companies' shares.

Borana Weaves, a Surat-based textile manufacturing company, launched its IPO on May 20, 2025, and closed the bidding window on May 22, 2025. The allotment process is expected to be finalized on May 23, 2025, with the company's shares set to be listed on BSE and NSE on May 27, 2025. The IPO was a book-built issue of ₹144.89 crore, with a fresh issue of 67.08 lakh equity shares at a price band of ₹205 to ₹216 per share.

Belrise Industries, a key supplier of automotive components, is set to make its stock market debut after its IPO received a strong response from investors. The IPO was priced between Rs 85 and Rs 90 per share, and the grey market premium (GMP) has fallen to Rs 21, indicating an estimated listing price of around Rs 111 per share, a 23.33% premium over the issue price. The shares are scheduled to be listed on BSE and NSE on May 28.

The strong response to both IPOs is a positive sign for the companies, which plan to utilize the net proceeds for various purposes, including establishing new manufacturing units, funding working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. Investors can expect the shares to be listed on the stock exchanges soon, with the allotment status expected to be finalized in the coming days.
