Liton Das Injured, Ben McDermott Joins Karachi Kings

Ben McDermott's inclusion brings a new dynamic to the team, while Saad Baig's addition provides an opportunity for growth and development, as Karachi Kings navigate the challenges of PSL 10 with a revamped squad.

Liton Das has been ruled out of PSL 10 due to a thumb injury, specifically a hairline fracture in his right thumb, sustained during a practice session, and has returned to Bangladesh for recovery and rehabilitation.

The injury occurred during a practice session, forcing Liton Das to withdraw from the tournament. As a result, Karachi Kings have announced Australian wicketkeeper-batter Ben McDermott as his replacement, adding depth to their squad.

In addition to replacing Liton Das, Karachi Kings have also added a new player to their squad, Saad Baig, a young batter, who will replace Kane Williamson for the initial matches. Williamson's unavailability has led to this strategic move, ensuring the team's strength and competitiveness remain intact.

With these changes, Karachi Kings aim to maintain their performance in PSL 10, leveraging the skills of their new additions, Ben McDermott and Saad Baig, to overcome the loss of key players like Liton Das and the temporary absence of Kane Williamson.
