Inter Milan Advances with Bayern, PSG Wins Against Liverpool

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a thrilling 4-3 penalty shootout win over Liverpool after a 1-1 draw in normal time, advancing to the Champions League quarterfinals alongside Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona.

PSG's Ousmane Dembele scored in the 12th minute to level the aggregate score, while Liverpool's Mohamed Salah scored a penalty. The match ultimately went to a penalty shootout, where PSG's Desire Doue became the youngest player to score a winning penalty in the Champions League, securing the victory for his team. Meanwhile, Inter Milan defeated Feyenoord 2-1, with Marcus Thuram and Hakan Çalhanoğlu scoring the goals for Inter.

Bayern Munich and Barcelona also advanced to the next round, with Bayern Munich beating Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 and Barcelona defeating Benfica 3-1. The aggregate scores were 5-0 in favor of Bayern Munich and 4-1 in favor of Barcelona. These teams will join PSG and Inter Milan in the quarterfinals, with the remaining spots to be determined on March 12.

The Champions League quarterfinals are shaping up to be highly competitive, with top teams from across Europe vying for a spot in the final. The remaining matches on March 12 will determine the final quarterfinalists, with notable matchups including Lille vs. Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid vs. Atlético Madrid.
