Pi Network Cryptocurrency Deadline Extended

The Pi Network has extended its deadline for completing Know Your Customer (KYC) and mainnet migration to 8:00am UTC on March 14, 2025, giving users a final chance to comply with the requirements and avoid forfeiting their mobile balance.

The extension is a last chance for pioneers who have not yet migrated to the mainnet to do so, as failure to comply will result in the loss of most of their mobile balance, except for Pi mined in the past 6 months. To complete the requirements, users can access the Mainnet Checklist by tapping the hamburger icon and then "Mainnet" in the Pi Network app.

Referral team and security circle members are also required to meet the KYC and mainnet migration requirements, as their bonus mobile balance will be forfeited if they fail to do so. The Pi Network's emphasis on KYC is essential for maintaining the network's integrity, preventing fake accounts, and complying with regulations.

To complete KYC, users must install the Pi Browser App, access the Mainnet Checklist, and provide government-issued ID, personal details, and undergo a liveness check. The approval process may take minutes to weeks, and users are advised to act quickly to avoid missing the deadline.
