The National Savings Centre in Multan is set to hold the Rs1500 Prize Bond draw on February 17, 2025, with a first prize of Rs3,000,000 and three second prizes of Rs1,000,000 each, as part of the National Savings' regular lucky drawings.

The draw, scheduled to take place at 10am Pakistan Standard Time, will award prizes to a total of 1696 winners, with each receiving Rs18,500. This is part of the prize bond schedule for 2025, which includes draws in various cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Faisalabad, and Multan. The National Savings Centre has already held the 101st draw of the Rs1,500 prize bond, with the first prize winner receiving Rs3 million, three second prize winners receiving Rs1 million each, and 1,696 third prize winners receiving Rs18,500 each.

Winners can claim their prizes at any SBP BSC field office, designated commercial bank branches, or National Saving Centers. However, they should be aware of the changed tax structure, which imposes a 15% tax on winnings for tax filers and a 30% tax for non-filers. The National Savings Division in Karachi is preparing for the upcoming prize bond draws, scheduled for February 17, with the Rs1,500 denomination draw taking place in Multan and the Rs100 denomination draw in Rawalpindi.

The prize bond draws are a regular feature of the National Savings' calendar, with draws taking place every three months. The National Savings Centre in Multan is gearing up to host the upcoming draw, which is expected to attract a large number of participants. With the tax structure in place, winners should be aware of their tax obligations and claim their prizes accordingly.
