South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron, 24, was found dead in her home in Seoul's Seongdong District on Sunday, with authorities confirming no signs of a break-in or criminal activity, and the cause of death currently under investigation.

Kim Sae-ron began her acting career as a child and gained recognition for her roles in films like "The Man from Nowhere" and TV series "Hi! School – Love On". She was involved in a DUI incident in 2022, which led to a pause in her acting career. Her most recent project was the 2023 series "Bloodhounds", and she had also appeared in popular dramas like "Leverage" and "Mirror of the Witch".

The police are continuing to investigate the cause of her death, but no further details have been disclosed. A friend had been supposed to meet her but discovered her unresponsive and notified the police. Fans have expressed deep sorrow and disbelief on social media, honoring her memory and reflecting on her contributions to the entertainment industry.

The Seoul Seongdong Police Station received a report of her death and is asking for public discretion and respect for the deceased and her family. Kim Sae-ron debuted in 2009 and rose to fame with the 2010 film "The Man from Nowhere", leaving behind a legacy in the entertainment industry.
