Asad Qaiser, a senior leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has accused Maryam Nawaz and Khawaja Asif of deliberately attempting to sabotage the ongoing dialogue efforts between the government and the PTI. Qaiser claimed that the statements made by the two leaders are fueling mistrust and blocking the dialogue process.

According to Qaiser, the PTI's efforts for dialogue are driven by national interest, not fear or intimidation. He highlighted the government's unfulfilled promises and stressed the need for constitutional supremacy, an independent judiciary, civilian authority, and a strong parliament. Qaiser also pointed out the instances of injustice faced by PTI members, including the alleged denial of basic rights and the use of police force against civilians on November 26.

Qaiser expressed disappointment over the government's failure to arrange a meeting between PTI founder Imran Khan and the negotiating team, suggesting that the government is using delaying tactics. He also criticized the military courts' handling of PTI supporters involved in the May 9 incidents, saying it was unconstitutional. Despite these challenges, Qaiser reiterated PTI's commitment to Pakistan's future, stating that the party is not afraid and is not intimidated by anyone.

The accusations made by Asad Qaiser have added to the growing tensions between the government and the PTI. The party's commitment to dialogue and national interest has been reaffirmed, but the government's response to these allegations remains to be seen. As the situation continues to unfold, the future of Pakistan's political landscape hangs in the balance, with the role of key figures like Maryam Nawaz and Imran Khan being closely watched.
