Finn Allen Joins the Ranks of PSL 10 Draft with 35 Foreign Players

New Zealand's rising star Finn Allen has made a bold move by registering for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10 player draft. Allen, known for his impressive skills in T20Is and franchise leagues, will be the eighth New Zealander to participate in the eagerly anticipated event.

Allen's decision to join the PSL 10 draft is expected to elevate the star-studded list of foreign players, which so far includes former Australian opener David Warner and recently-retired New Zealand pacer Tim Southee. The player registration for the event has been gaining momentum, with over 30 participants, including notable international players like Alex Carey (Australia), Alex Hales (England), and Chris Lynn (Australia), vying for a chance to represent various teams in the competition.

The PSL 10 draft is scheduled to take place on January 11, 2025, in Gwadar, with Lahore Qalandars making the first pick as reigning champions. Pakistan Super League Season 10 is set to kick off in April-May 2025, coinciding with the Indian Premier League (IPL), another highly competitive T20 tournament. The PCB-run tournament's foreign players component appears to be seeing interest from marquee names from several nations, offering fans an enthralling spectacle.

As Finn Allen looks forward to adding another feather to his cap with the PSL 10, cricket enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly anticipating the forthcoming draft and the eventual commencement of the tournament. With its increasing popularity and abundance of top-notch players, the Pakistan Super League takes significant strides in strengthening its position as one of the top domestic T20 leagues globally.
