Russia Detains Suspect in Murder of Nuclear General

A federal investigator outside Moscow has detained a suspect linked to the bombing that killed a top general from Russia's nuclear forces, sparking an investigation into the incident which occurred outside the general's apartment building in an electric scooter attack.

Russian authorities confirmed Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov and an assistant who were out walking near General Kirillov's home in Moscow were killed in a blast on Tuesday.
